The focus in my practice is on psychological counselling (psychotherapy) and psychological assessment: .

  • Individual psychotherapy

  • Couples: relationship and marital problems

  • Adolescents and adults

The treatment modalities and techniques that are used to address the problems clients present with are based on cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamic principles.
